Hello!  I'm a fourth year graduate student in the chemistry department at Penn State University.  I am working under the direction of Paul Weiss, where I am working on subsurface imaging of alkanethiolate self-assembled monolayers (SAMs).  I am also investigating the Ullmann coupling reaction and substrate-mediated interactions of benzene derivatives on a copper single crystal surface, as well as the electronic properties of cluster assemblies, utilizing low temperature extreme-high vacuum scanning tunneling microscopy (LT-XHV STM) and spectroscopy (STS).

You can find more information about the details of my work, as well as more about the Weiss group, by visiting our group website.
